DELIVERY
We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders within New Zealand. Shipped with NZ Post courier, your package will require a signature upon delivery.
We strongly recommend that you do not instruct the courier to leave a delivery from us at any unattended location. Agent Bonbon cannot take responsibility for any delivery left at an unattended location.
We currently only ship within Aotearoa New Zealand.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
Your order will be carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue and packaged in a protective box to ensure it arrives to you in great condition.
TRACKING ORDERS
When your order is shipped you will be updated with tracking information and you can follow the delivery progress. Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 2-4 business days from dispatch.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Orders will be sent in one shipment. If you require multiple shipments of the items from a single order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
