Returns Policy

VINTAGE & PRE-OWNED

Please expect general wear if the item that you are purchasing is pre-owned or vintage and by purchasing the item you are accepting its vintage or used state.

Due to the nature of the products we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or if you are not happy with the condition of all the pre-owned items.

All sales are final with vintage and pre-owned pieces, please choose carefully!

VINTAGE NEW & NEW

For vintage new or new products, we will accept returns for exchange within 48 hours of you receiving your item. Any time over 48 hours we will presume you wish to keep the item and a refund will not be accepted. Please notify us in writing, by email within 48 hours of delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for any items or products damaged or lost in transit.

For faulty or damaged items, where this is not detailed in the condition description and/or photographed, we will offer a full refund of the original purchase value and shipping costs once it has been returned to us for inspection.

In the case of, if a return/refund/exchange has been accepted by us, the item/items should be in the same condition as when purchased (the product has not been worn and is free from any new defects or odours). The item/items is returned with its original tags attached and is returned in its original packaging. It has been received by us within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds can only be made to the original cardholder or account of purchase once the item has been returned to us. We reserve the right to refuse refunds and all return delivery costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within seven days upon receipt of your returned item. We will update you with an email to let you know that we have received it and are processing the return. After you have received this email, please allow a further 7-15 days before your account is credited.
